Tristan MacManus
Tristan MacManus (Dancer) Tristan began dancing in Dublin, Ireland before moving on to develop his passion for dance in The U.K, Sweden, Italy, USA and Australia. He was heavily involved in competitive dancing, where he won numerous titles and had the honor of representing his country across the globe. At the age of 18 he realised that theatre work was what he loved most and began singing and acting in theatre productions throughout Ireland. From there he joined the UK tour of Simply Ballroom and then onto Las Vegas. This led to him travelling to Australia to BURN THE FLOOR, Floorplay. He took a year out to teach in Boston, U.S. After another tour with BURN THE FLOOR he was offered Dance Captain in the West End production of Dirty Dancing, where he also understudied the principle “Robbie”. He is delighted to be coming to Queensland for the first time.
